Still a pretty amazing job done by this engine.Want to further add that R18 is an engine for economy only and works differently from a K20/K24. Since many people are not aware of this , I feel like they should know about this. R18 is equipped with economy vtec which does an opposite of what a performance vtec does , meaning it saves fuel instead of providing performance. R18 has an economy cam and it switches to normal cam when accelrating. K20/K24 on the other side provides performance and has normal cam and a performance cam. VTEC kicks in K20/K24 unlike R18.

Moreover you're not actually saving anything as you're paying the price (approx 2 million) in advance for a hybrid version. Hybrid has no benefit until or unless its price is comparable to a non'hybrid version. I am going to buy a Tucson after thorough market review.

you also need to check wether the filling station is accurately measuring the quantity. In most of the cases where dealers are operating, over-measurement is an issue. if not, the calculation is highly unreliable.

I have this exact model GLi and I love it. It is underpowered but economical on longer routes. I constantly got 16+ fuel economy at 100KM/h Speed. Just use 5w30 engine oil og reputable brand. Better of you have used this from start.

Brother Ur foot is heavy...that's why fuel average is bad .I think so... because Ur RMP is so high than normal limit.....nd if I drive 1300cc car...it may be easily given me fuel average at motorway 20 plus per litre nd with speed limit 120..nd RMP must be 2500 ..nd at local route it must be fuel average 16 to 18 per litre
